Encore Redevelopment was founded in 2007 by Chad Farrell, P.E., to fill an observed need in the market for expertise with respect to the assessment, remediation and redevelopment of environmentally challenged real estate.  More recently, Encore has been actively engaged in the redevelopment of environmentally contaminated property for renewable energy generation purposes, using landfills, mining sites and other large contaminated parcels as host sites for solar, wind, biomass and hydroelectric energy production facilities.  Since its inception, Encore has managed the redevelopment of environmentally challenged real estate and the development of renewable energy generation facilities in the most cost effective and time-efficient manner possible.
