• Restoration of an abandoned hydroelectric energy generation facility in Pownal, VT
• Development of numerous net metered solar arrays in VT with electricity sold through power purchase agreements to municipalities, non-profits and farms
• Purchase, remediation and redevelopment of former auto dealership in central VT
• Purchase, remediation and redevelopment of a village center brownfield property in northern VT
• Development of ~5MW biomass-fired combined heat and power facilities in VT
• Redevelopment of numerous landfills for combined wind and solar resources in MA and NY

Encore Redevelopment also offers its expertise and/or its proprietary project management approach to other owners and developers in exchange for a negotiated fee with incentives and/or an equity position in certain projects.
